These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (parkerstreet.xyz) and the products ParkerStreet ("we", "us") builds and operates — any ParkerStreet site or app that links to these Terms (together, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date; for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Accounts

Some Services require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Tell us promptly at the address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

AI-Generated Content

Some Services use AI to generate things like summaries, organized text, and audio. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or mischaracterizations of the source material. It's provided for convenience and should not be relied on as a substitute for the original content — and it is never professional advice. Where a Service processes medical, legal, financial, or other specialized material, consult the original source and a qualified professional before acting on it.

Purchases

Where a Service sells something, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor and prices are shown before you pay. Some purchases (such as event tickets) are made on behalf of a venue or organizer, in which case refunds and exchanges are subject to that organizer's policy. Contact us if you have an issue with an order and we'll help sort it out.

Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content stored on or made available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to the email address below including: identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkerStreet from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Intellectual Property

The Services — including their design, code, branding, and content we create — are owned by or licensed to ParkerStreet and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This license doesn't allow you to copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Services, and it terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. Your Content remains yours, and third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, ParkerStreet makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content — including AI-generated content and third-party information — is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ParkerStreet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Services link to and interoperate with third-party sites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or discontinue a Service with reasonable notice where practical. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found void or unenforceable, it is severed to that extent and the rest of these Terms remains in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon for any dispute relating to the Services.
